To the franchise, you need to take Red Roof Back. The people you have living at this Inn are making other guess feel unsafe. You are putting innocent people lives in jeopardy. Please do not send a foreigner to inspect another foreigner. The franchise owners that lease this business should truly follow up with inspections, this is part of the parties involved contract. I was only able to send two hours with my son. We send the rest of the evening wash down the hotel room. We tried booking other hotels, they were all booked. The clerk check us in a different room (room133) rust and dirt was everywhere. The room had blood and old dirt everywhere (room135). The host said they were cleaning the rooms. While sitting in my car a young man walked up to me and asked, if we know were he could purchase some drugs. This was after driving eight hours to get my detestation. I was told that I could check in at 10:00am, however when I arrive at 12:00pm the desk clerk said I had to wait until 3.00pm. I am a redi member (I'm a shame to admit.) I call a head twice to confirm my early check -in. During that time this was a nice and safe place to stay. I stay here when my son was hospitalized in Trenton N. If they find something in the room, they treat the room and come back to inspect and make sure the treatment work before the room is put back in order. Until the room is inspected and we get an ok from the pest company we do not put in back in order. Anytime there is a complain about any types of bugs in the room the room is put out of order. They come out on regular basis to inspect the rooms and treat the rooms, so we do not end up any type of infestation. Like all other hotels we have a contract with pest control company. But if they break the hotel policy like walking around with open containers or seen using control substances, we put them on do not rent and they are not allowed to stay with us anymore. We do not judge anyone who is checking in for the way they look or act. There are 162 rooms at this property and sometimes if we are short staffed somethings might get overlooked. We have 3 lines coming into front desk and even if you are on the phone talking to someone it will ring if someone else calls the hotel. The reason the phone kept ringing at the front desk is because of the system we have. So, with all the employees behind the desk only 1 of them was actually working. We have new employees who were getting trained at one time. I'm not sure if you were given a discount for the issues but if not, please reach out to me at the hotel so I can apply the discounts. I apologies that there were couple of issues with the room you were checked into. We have not had any other complains in person or online regarding this guest who was being obnoxious. We call the police and they would come and handle the situation. We work closely with the local police department and are instructed not to approach anyone or try to 'stomp' them out in a situation like this. Most of the times the guest would apologize and we would not have any problems with them.

If there is a situation with a guest being obnoxious or unruly we address the issue. Thank you for telling us about your concerns. I saw a hotel desk staff pick up a phone a number of times that was ringing, and she couldn't connect to the call it just kept ringing. On check in, staff were notably untrained, unable to make sense of computer data.

Housekeeping put an envelope with 'Housekeeping tips, thanks.' written on it, on the counter. My buddy in the neighboring room had his toilet clogged, and they made him come down to the desk for a plunger, and they had four staff behind the counter that could have taken care of it. Room had tagging/graffiti on the door, coffee stains on the wall, broken plastic, paint splattered on the curtain. MANAGEMENT HAS TO DO THEIR JOB TO AVOID DANGEROUS SITUATIONS LIKE THIS! The next guy who is in my position may not be as lucky as I was. If he was armed or didn't take being disrespected, I would be seriously hurt or dead right now. I lost my temper due to the hours he was doing this, and stomped out on him, ready to fight. He got worse as other patrons were telling him to shut up, and he cussed them all out. They told me they would make a note of him and not let him get a room again. *** Very Important! Don’t stay here! *** Management refused to do anything about an obnoxiously loud patron.
